We
(Joyce Borgmann and Juliet Palmer) are a Mediterranean Cooking School,
based in Oraison, with an emphasis on enjoying simply prepared dishes
like fresh pasta, tapenades and
grilled fish. During the hands-on courses, you will be welcome in ‘l’Orangerie’
where we will cook and enjoy meals together based on the freshest seasonal
ingredients.
