Weekend Cooking Courses

To celebrate the harvest of Provençal olives, we propose a Mediterranean cooking course dedicated to the ‘liquid gold of Provence’.

Your Mediterranean cooking experience begins with your arrival on Thursday afternoon, where you will be welcomed with dinner offered by your hosts, and ends the following Tuesday after breakfast.

From Friday to Monday you will experience hands-on cooking classes and related excursions. You will be able to:

· Visit an olive oil mill with an opportunity to taste
· Go wine tasting at a local vineyard
· Visit the most famous market in Provence in Forcalquier
· Prepare meals together with locally sourced ingredients

· Prepare meals together with locally sourced ingredients
